We want you to love your piece as mush as you love your best friend. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, undamaged items within 10 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We process and ship most orders within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days (within Canada and the USA).

Is your jewelry waterproof or safe for daily wear?
Our solid gold and sterling silver pieces are highly durable and designed for daily wear. However, to keep your jewelry and stones looking their absolute best, we recommend removing them before swimming, showering, or applying heavy lotions and perfumes.
