Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order has dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We ship across Canada and the United States. Other destinations may be added as they become available, for which different shipping transit time may apply.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3 to 7 business days after the package has shipped.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and selected carrier options.

Order Tracking

When your package ships, we will automatically send you a confirmation email containing a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking activity to update in the carrier system.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will gladly look into it for you.

Customs, Taxes & Duties

Lola d'Or is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes applied to your order upon arrival. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed or fulfilled, we are unable to change the shipping destination.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please keep all original packaging materials and contact us right away with photos of the package so we can assist you.
